Tanzania
The light marks the start of the coastal passage guided by the Marubi Palace Range Lights. Located on the northwest coast of the island about 25 km (15 mi) north of Stone Town. Site status unknown.
It is one of 8 main lighthouses which is under Zanzibar Ports Corporation. It is one of the oldest lighthouses in Zanzibar built in 1886 using lime and stones. It has a structural height of 26 meters and an elevated height of 35 meters above sea level.
