Estonia
Kihnu Lighthouse (Estonian: Kihnu tuletorn) is a lighthouse located in Kihnu, an island in the northern Gulf of Riga in Pärnu County, in Estonia.
The lighthouse was prefabricated in England; and assembled in 1865 (it is a copy of the Vormsi Light)
NB! To check if Vormsi Light is also Chance's light.
The tower was made by order of the Hydrographic department in England at the factory of the Chance Brothers, and a lighting apparatus in France.
The white tower of the lighthouse tapering upwards, 29 m high, was made up of cast-iron shields, each two rows of which formed a floor. The floors with cut-in windows were interconnected by a spiral staircase running to the full height of the tower. On top of it, in a lantern structure, a rotating diopter lighting apparatus of the 3rd category was installed, illuminating the entire horizon from a height of 28 m from sea level with a white flashing light for 11 miles.
