Estevan Point Lighthouse

Canada. British Columbia

Completed in 1910 on the west coast of Vancouver Island, its flying-buttress concrete tower originally carried a first-order Fresnel lens by Chance Brothers. It remains an active aid to navigation; the original Chance lens has been preserved at the Sooke Region Museum since 2004.
